This policy explains how Eden Aharon Couture (“Eden Aharon”, “we”) collects and uses personal information through edenaharon.com. It is written in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.

What we collect
When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect the details you enter in the form: first and last name, email, phone number, city and state, wedding date, your message, and the store or trunk show you chose. We also record the date and time of the submission, your IP address and browser type, and your consent to this policy. You are not required by law to give us this information, but without it we cannot arrange an appointment or reply to you.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, schedule and manage your appointment, and follow up about it. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
- When you book with a store or at a trunk show, your details are sent to that store so it can contact you and schedule the appointment. Some of our partner stores are located outside Israel (for example in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia), and your details will be transferred to the country where the store you chose is located. Each store is responsible for the information it receives.
- Service providers that operate the website for us: website hosting, email delivery, and Cloudflare (security and spam protection). They process information only on our behalf.
- Authorities, when we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after they are received, unless we need them longer to comply with the law.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also withdraw your consent at any time; this will not affect what was done before you withdrew it. Send your request to [email protected] and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and to tell people and bots apart.
Security
Access to inquiries is limited to authorized staff, and the website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and spam protection.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
